At Taylor Custom Rings, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized jewelry in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers inspect the piece for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
